INCOTEC CARGO has delivered about 600 tons of power-generating equipment meant for modernization of one of the largest Kazakh stations - Aksu Thermal Power Plant.

In accordance with the terms of the Contract signed between Kashira Steel and Boiler Production Plant JSC and INCOTEC CARGO Ltd, our Company was responsible for rail forwarding services such as searching and providing rolling stock required and other related logistics matters.
In total for the period of September 2011 till November 2011 INCOTEC CARGO has delivered to Kazakhstan 600 tons of power-generating heavyweight and oversized equipment. In September it has been shipped 10 platforms and 2 open wagons loaded with 220 tons, in October - 10 platforms loaded with 227 tons, in November - 10 platforms loaded with 147 tons of equipment.    
The shipment was consisted of Economizers with their weight up to 25 tons; parts of Steam Boiler, Close-Tube Heat Exchanger units and others oversized items with their weight varied from 13 to 18 tons.
According to the Contract INCOTEC CARGO is supposed to ship 10-12 wagons per month. Thus by the end of the year the volume of the shipment for Aksu Thermal Power Plant will reach 800 tons.
Aksu Thermal Power Plant (former Ermakovskaya) is a part of Eurasian Energy Corporation and is one of the largest producers of electricity not only in Kazakhstan but in Central Asia as well.  Aksu TPP accounts 16 % of the total electricity generating in Kazakhstan.  At the moment the plant is under planned modernization.
