INCOTEC CARGO has delivered vehicles for mining sites of Siberia and Ural

INCOTEC CARGO completed delivery of Mine Excavator KOMATSU PC3000 to Kyzyl (Republic of Tuva) and Dump Truck TEREX 100 (payload 90 tons) to Chelyabinsk on the way back.

To perform the transportation of heavyweight mine vehicles to Siberia and the Ural, INCOTEC CARGO used its own trailer - MAN haulage truck and GoldHofer STZ-L semi-trailer (payload 93.2 tons).
Excavator carcass with its weight of 70 tons has been picked up from the port of Saint-Petersburg. Its dimensions were as follows length 7,95 meters, width 5,4 meters and height 3,85 meters. It should be noted that shovel volume was 15 cubic meters.

The transportation has been carried out in freezing temperatures. Sometimes it has fallen to 35 degrees below zero. That caused additional difficulties when operating the trailer. Besides on the way from Abakan to Kyzyl there were a lot of uphills and downhills (some of them up to several kilometers length) and we had to use additional truck. Moreover due to slippery surface at the most dangerous uphills it was necessary to strew the road with sand and dry cement constantly.
On the way back from Kyzyl Dump Truck TEREX 100 weighing 69 tons has been delivered to Chelyabinsk. Its dimensions were as follows: length 16.5 meters, width 5.15 meters, height 3.8 meters. The Dump Truck was disassembled.
The whole trip - St Petersburg – Kyzyl – Chelyabinsk - took more than 2 months
