The Customer of works on manufacturing the transport saddles is Machine-Building Plant ZiO-Podolsk. Within the frames of the Contract INCOTEC CARGO has arranged manufacturing, on turnkey basis, of 8 sets of transport saddles in 2014-2015.

INCOTEC CARGO is responsible for design works and preparation of technical documentation (elaboration of working drawings, strength analysis, issuing the Passport of Manufactured Goods), delivery the saddles to the Port of Saint Petersburg and carrying out mechanical tests for strength.  These transport saddles will be used when reloading Steam Generators PGV-1000M in the Port of Saint Petersburg from railway car and river-going vessels.  Saddles will ensure safe storage on the territory of the Sea Port of Saint Petersburg, stowage, lashing and transportation on board of an ocean vessel (taking into account  inertial load when wave induced oscillation happens) as well as their storage on NPP job site in China.  

During the period from September to December 2014 INCOTEC CARGO has arranged cargo receipt  at the port of Saint Petersburg with further shipment to China of 4 heavyweight and oversized Steam Generators PGV-1000M (loading gauge H8880) weighing 308 tons each which arrived by railway on linked-type transporters TSCH-400. These works have been fulfilled within the frames of the Contract between INCOTEC CARGO and Atomstroyexport JSC for equipment delivery for construction of 3rd and 4th units of Tianwan NPP. Till the end of the year 2015 the next lot of 4 Steam Generators PGV-1000M   will arrive to the Port of Saint Petersburg and then will be shipped by INCOTEC CARGO to China for construction of the 4th Unit of Tianwan NPP.

Earlier within the frames of Contracts with Machine-Building Plant ZiO-Podolsk during the period from 2002 to 2007 INCOTEC CARGO has already arranged manufacturing of 16 sets of transport saddles. 8 sets were manufactured for shipment of 8 Steam Generators for construction of the 1st and 2nd units of Tianwan Nuclear Power Plant in China and 8 sets for shipment of 8 Steam Generators for construction of the 1st and 2nd units of Kudankulam Nuclear Power Station in India.      
All 16 Steam Generators were successfully shipped by INCOTEC CARGO to the sites mentioned above.
