ICNOTEC CARGO Has Completed the Shipment of High Priority Equipment of JSC Atomstroyexport for the Second Construction Stage of NPP Kudankulam (India).
One year ago – on 13th May 2016 the first lot of equipment of JSC ASE for the second construction stage of NPP Kudankulam (Units 3 and 4), India, has been shipped from the Port of Saint Petersburg.
By now, to the address of NPP Kudankulam it has been already shipped 3200 freight tons of high priority standard, heavyweight, and oversized equipment.
Shipments were arranged using containers and vessels of regular container lines. The total number of containers was 164 items, including specialized types of containers such as Flat Rack and Open Top.
Within the frames of Contract, INCOTEC CARGO arranges for Atomstroyexport the full range of logistics services both on FOB the Port of Saint Petersburg terms and on CIF Port of Tuticorin (India) terms.
INCOTEC CARGO was responsible for the following: cargo receipt at the Port of Saint Petersburg, additional packaging the cargo for transportation in open containers, working out the schemes of stuffing and cargo securing in containers, positioning of empty containers to the Port of Saint Petersburg , stuffing and securing the cargo, survey, documentation (issuance of FIATA multimodal Bills of Lading), loading stuffed containers on board of a vessel, delivery to the Port of Tuticorin, unloading to the Port’s warehouse, documental handover of equipment to the representatives of the Consignee and other required procedures.
