INCOTEC CARGO has delivered 40 000 freight tons of equipment for construction of Oil Refining and Petrochemical Complex OJSC TANECO (Nizhnekamsk).

During the year of 2010 it has been transported 1 712 items of equipment. 214 of them were heavyweight and oversized and 195 containers.  The cargo has been shipped from different parts of the world: Russia, the United States of America, South Korea, Italy, Germany, Malaysia and many others. 
Our Company used modern technologies of transportation heavyweight and oversized equipment, that way, optimizing delivery process. In summer of the year 2010 INCOTEC CARGO arranged unique simultaneous transportation of two Hydrocracking Reactors weighing 2.5 thousand tons in total. Till that time there was no any Russian transport company dealing with such heavyweight cargo. The weight of each Reactor was 1 250 tons, length more than 37 meters, width 7.74 meters and height 6.5 meters.
Later that year we delivered CCR Plant consisted of 6 Modules and 9 containers, their total volume was 9 000 freight tons. We have fixed special geared vessel for delivery this cargo from South Korea to the port of Saint Petersburg. The route was passing through Panama Canal. It took 45 days to reach Saint Petersburg.  Delivery to Nizhnekamsk has been carried out by means of 3 river-going vessels of “Okskiy” type. Special project of heavyweight and oversized cargo transportation has been worked out as the height of the cargo was more than 7.5 meters.
Cooperation between INCOTEC CARGO and OJSC TANECO began in 2009 immediately after our Company became successful tenderer and got the right to be Forwarding Agent of this project. It is planned to deliver hundreds of thousands freight tons of equipment for OJSC TANECO.
OJSC TANECO was founded in 2005 in the context of Oil and Gas Petrochemical Complex Development Program for Republic of Tatarstan, providing construction of Oil Refining and Petrochemical Complex in Nizhnekamsk.  Complex start-up will double refinery crude run from annual 7 to 14 mln. tn. The Plants of the Complex will produce 18 items of deep conversion complex products — from the motor fuel oil of European grade through feedstock components for production of wide range of required petrochemical production.
