INCOTEC CARGO completed furnaces and air heating system delivery with total volume of 2120 freight tons for construction Oil Refining and Petrochemical Complex, OJSC TANECO (Nizhnekamsk).

The most part of shipment consisted of oversized units with their length varied from 18 to 20 meters, height and width up to 4 meters. Special trailers were used for transportation. 
Equipment has been picked up from two countries - Czech Republic and Slovak Republic ex works CHEMPEX-HTE a.s. and its warehouses located in Brno (Czech Republic) and Košice (Slovakia). In total for transportation the whole shipment to Nizhnekamsk there were involved 30 heavy vehicles, 10 of them special trailers for oversized cargo. We delivered that shipment within a period a little bit more than 1 month.
Our Company is a long-time business partner of OJSC TANECO in heavyweight and oversized equipment transportation. Since the end of the year 2009 we arranged delivery of more than 50 000 freight tons of project cargo for Oil Refining and Petrochemical Complex construction in Nizhnekamsk.
The unique transportation of two hydrocracking reactors for OJSC TANECO weighing 2.5 thousand tons in total is worthy of special attention. The uniqueness was that till that time there was no any Russian transport company dealing with such heavyweight cargo.  The weight of each reactor is 1250 tons. Its length is more than 37 meters, width 7.74 meters and height 6.5 meters.
OJSC TANECO was founded in 2005 in the context of Oil and Gas Petrochemical Complex Development Program for Republic of Tatarstan, providing construction of Oil Refining and Petrochemical Complex in Nizhnekamsk.  Complex start-up will double refinery crude run from annual 7 to 14 mln. tn.The Plants of the Complex will produce 18 items of deep conversion complex products — from the motor fuel oil of European grade through feedstock components for production of wide range of required petrochemical production.
