INCOTEC CARGO has arranged the shipment of Separator for OJSC Syzran Refinery (OJSC OIL COMPANY ROSNEFT)

In June 2013 all preparations for shipment of HP Separator 3-V 2005 by railway were finished ex works JSC Uralhimmash for OJSC Syzran Refinery.
Dimensions of this unit - length 18,8 meters, width 4 meters, height 3,95 meters and weight 145 tons – as well as its OOG index speak for themselves. 
Preliminary work took more than six months. Special project has been worked out which included stowage plan, loading procedure and lashing scheme on a chosen type of rolling stock, belonging to JSC Russian Railways.
During the next three months this project has been getting approval in Special Transportation Department of JSC Russian Railways as well as in Special Transportation Departments of Sverdlovsk and Kuibyshev Railways.
Transportation outfit has been designed and the possibility of turning the separator along the longitudinal axle has been agreed with the manufacturer. This allowed arranging transportation by railway. Despite all this it remained 8th OOG index.   
31st July 2013 the Separator was loaded on 12-axle transporter section of coupling type with its payload of 170 tons (model 14-TO55), lashed and secured accordingly and delivered to the Koltsovo station.
Estimated transit time is 45 days.
The General Contractor of this project is Oktava LLC, a long-term partner of INCOTEC CARGO.
In frames of mutual cooperation it is planned to discharge the separator upon its arrival at Syzran Refinery local railway and arrange on-carriage to the job site.
